Welcome: Sparkling wine & Amuse bouche

Chateau Cristi Sauvignon Blanc accompanied by salmon tartare with micro salad and citrus dressing

Chateau Cristi Pinot Noir Rose served with red tuna Nicoise salad

Chateau Cristi Chardonnay Barrel Fermented with tagliatelle with mushroom sauce, truffles and ghebe

Chateau Cristi Pinot Noir complimented by duck breast with fig sauce, baked vegetable puree and caramelized endive

And finally, for the first time: the presentation of a very special wine, recently launched: Chateau Cristi Spumant Blanc de Noir, perfectly accompanied and highlighted by various cheeses with nuts, dried fruits and orange jam
