Casual Chess by Peono Chess Club @ Control Club
Casual Chess is back at Control for another Sunday evening around the boards. From 19:00, come by for a game, pick your opponent, and settle in for a relaxed night of chess. As always, all levels are welcome, regardless of age or gender.
From 20:00 until 02:00, the chess boards will be accompanied by two special DJ sets from friends Ycs and Matei.
Ycs brings a carefully selected mix that moves through electronic sounds with a strong sense of rhythm, keeping things fluid as the evening unfolds.
Matei takes over later, bringing his own groovey take on the dancefloor and carrying the night deeper into the early hours.
For this edition, we’re happy to welcome Ana Băescu visual artist and chess enthusiast, as our invited artist. Her presence brings a bold perspective to the meeting point between chess and contemporary visual culture.
