First one in the string of three on Saturday July 6th. With Phonotheque, Montevideo’s Christian Bonanata, joined by Trails crew members, Paul Popa & Racer X.
Collaborative owner of Uruguayan collective Phonoteque Recordings, Christian Bonanata is some kind of mythical creature amongst a whole generation of professional diggers. Hailing from the vibrant Montevideo scene, he pulls absolutely no punches with his music. He covers extremes ranging from the utterly stunning to the downright dastardly, while the tracks he uses to paint his favourite pictures during a set are most of the time outrageous.
Cult status is what has been obtained here, in his case. So expect him to blow the lid off any expectations you might have for the night.
Tickets: 40 lei – available at the door, on the night
Doors at 22:00. Free entrance until 23:00.
