Each bottling embodies the overreaching characteristics of the region it’s sourced from and is offered at a high alcohol strength and proudly without coloring or chill-filtration – adhering to the Douglas Laing family’s “as natural as it gets” ethos.
It all began in 2009 with Big Peat (Islay). Then followed Scallywag in 2013 (Speyside), Timorous Beastie in 2014 (Highlands), Rock Island in 2015 (Islands), The Epicurean in 2016 (Lowlands) and finally Gauldrons in 2017 (Campbeltown).
