Since we have the right to select our customers, we may be facing the situation in which someone buys a ticket and still cannot be allowed to enter the club. It’s an unfortunate event but it can happen. In this case if a customer is denied to enter the club and has paid the fee, he/she can request a reimbursement from Eventbook. We really hope this will not be the case for New Year’s Eve, as we all want to party and have a good time.
