The anonymous art initiative Istanbul Ghetto Club has emerged from Berlin’s renowned underground scene, and quickly become known for their avant-garde eastern rave punk sound blending acid sounds, modular synthesisers, and traditional instruments, which create an interface between East and West, underground and mainstream, traditional and contemporary.
Clubs and festivals around the world have witnessed their unpredictable and sensational shows, each one a fresh and body-moving spectacle. By fusing improvised club music composition with non-linear storytelling, performance art and wild visual aesthetics, there is only one thing guaranteed: a rave with Istanbul Ghetto Club will be an unforgettable experience.
Drawing from the feeling and nostalgia of the discodrome, Mini Zucchini and Mitsubitchi are joining this one-of-a-kind night, touching on the 80s resurgence of Italo-Disco, without mislooking influences from Darkwave, EBM, electro that will take you on a rollercoaster energetic ride, defying music genres, emotions and electronic tenderness.
In Room 2, New Disorder are making a comeback themselves. Bow down to the Cluj-based dark heroes, who don’t wear capes, but who will put out a seriously catchy selection of Post-Punk, Darkwave and New Wave tunes.
