ctrl: Duro Disco @ Control Club
This Saturday, the electronic duo Duro Disco enter Room 1 of the club. The brainchild of Bucharest’s Vast Solo and Haute Culture, Duro Disco was conceived in 2011 to celebrate the wide-ranging possibilities of electronic music. With Kosta joining in 2013, the project has consistently delivered fresh sounds reflecting its members’ passion for classic and contemporary dance music.
With a mindset set to break free from the typical house and techno moulds, they are true explorers of new and diverse textures. Room 1 is about to capture the infinite diversity of electronic music, from the funky basslines of disco edits to the experimental sound of electro.
Duro Disco is a musical project initiated by 3 Romanian DJs – Vast Solo, Kosta and Haute Culture, based in Bucharest. Duro Disco was first noticed in 2013. Since 2013, Duro Disco members have been touring trough Romania promoting disco sounds and derivative alternatives: disco edits, techno, house, electro.
